What if you find water damage or mold behind the walls?
Bathrooms are the most common place to find hidden moisture damage. If we uncover it once tile or walls come off, we show you exactly what we found, explain the fix, and price it before moving forward.
This is exactly what the 10% safety buffer is for, so an unexpected repair doesn't derail the project.
Can I use my bathroom during the remodel?
The bathroom being remodeled is out of use while we work, but we sequence the job to keep the rest of your home livable, protect surrounding areas with dust barriers, and do daily cleanup.
If it's your only bathroom, we'll walk through the timeline up front so you can plan around the days the space is offline.
Do you handle plumbing, tile, and waterproofing?
Yes. A bathroom touches plumbing, electrical, tile, and waterproofing all at once, so we coordinate the licensed trades and handle proper waterproofing behind showers and tubs so it lasts.
We pull any required permits and your project manager keeps every trade on schedule, so you don't have to chase anyone down.
Can you build from designs I already have?
Absolutely. We're glad to be the builder on a bathroom you've already designed, whether you have a designer's plans, drawings, or detailed ideas of your own.
We do review the designs first and prepare our own quote from them, so the pricing reflects our scope, materials, and quality standards. That keeps the estimate accurate and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
